How soon should I book my sleepover extravangza?
Please book your party as soon as you can to ensure all your sleepover dreams become a reality! No booking is too far in advance! Spaces are limited. Final guest count is due two (2) weeks prior to event date. Any changes (i.e. number of guests: more or less, theme, etc.) made to a reservation less than two (2) week prior to the event date must be communicated prior to event date.
How long does it take to turn my space into party headquarters?
It will take staff approximately 2.5 hours to transform your space as we leave an hour between the conclusion of our setup and the start of your event.
How much space is needed?
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes things don't quite go as planned. We'll do our best to accommodate changes of date more than 14 days in advance of the party. Any bookings made in the following month will require a new deposit. All deposits are non-refundable.
Can I party with my guests more than one night?
Absolutely! Each additional night of fun is 50% of your party package.
Do you have themes for boys?
How are tents, bedding, and all other equipment cleaned?
We know how important it is to ensure that all clients have a safe and clean experience. All of our bedding/pillowcases are freshly and commercially laundered for each party. The tents covers are removable and washable. All other equipment are sprayed with non-toxic, disinfectants.
What age range are your tents suitabe for?
We recommend the tents are used by children age 5+ all the way up to adults!
